History of Allstar Services

1977

Allstar Construction is founded as a re-roofing company serving the Twin Cities.

1986

Pete Carlson joins as a laborer in the field, while attending the University of Minnesota. Pete becomes a key component in building Allstar Construction from the ground up.

1998

Allstar Construction becomes a full-service exterior services company, providing roofing, siding, sheet metal and window services.

2005

An Employee Group led by Pete Carlson purchases the Company from the founder

Pete becomes president of Allstar Construction

All five partners involved in company buyout remain with Allstar in 2024

2015

Partnership with Convergent Capital to support operational and strategic goals

2018

Acquisition of Twin Cities Siding Professionals, a leading siding replace-ment specialist in Minneapolis

Today company is known as Twin Cities Siding & Roofing

2019

Partnership with VantEdge Partners and JE Dunn to support the next leg of regional growth

2019

Allstar takes first step towards organic geographic expansion by opening satellite office in Fargo, North Dakota

2022

Acquisition of Krech Exteriors, a roofing & siding company in the Twin Cities

2023

Partnership with Morgan Stanley to accelerate growth and operational improvements.
