Matt Ryder
Matt Ryder joined Allstar in 2023 as the EVP of Strategy and Operations. Most recently he served as the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at SMS Assist, a leading technology-enabled facilities services provider and was part of the management team who led its successful sale in early-2023. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) advising business services clients on commercial and operational transformation topics.
Matt holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Matt currently resides in Chicago with his wife and two young children. When he has free time, Matt enjoys playing golf, reading, and catching up with friends at restaurants around the city.
