Pete Carlson
Pete Carlson started at Allstar in 1986 while attending the Univ of Mn. After college, Pete continued to work at Allstar both in the field and running crews. Pete started estimating and running projects in 1992. From 1992-2003, Pete helped run the day to day operations and purchased equity in Allstar
In 2008, Pete purchased the remaining shares of the company from the original ownership. Bringing in his own executive team, Pete and his group built Allstar into the leading roofing company in the upper midwest. In 2015, Pete and his team partnered with Convergent capital in an effort to scale the business and increase market share. Upon that successful strategy, Pete again partnered this time (2019) with Vant Edge capital partners. The strategy was to grow the Allstar footprint regionally and acquire great businesses within their sphere of influence geographically.
In 2023, after continued success and hard work, Allstar partnered with MSCP with the vision of building out the leading residential roofing platform in the USA.
Pete currently serves as executive board chairman for Allstar services and is active daily in strategy and acquisitions.
Pete currently resides with his family in Maple Plain, Mn and enjoys most everything outdoors related.
